The US Embassy is bringing two great American jazz artists to town on Wednesday, March 31 at 7.30pm, at iF Café
Kate McGarry will perform with her husband, guitarist Keith Ganz in a duo. They have been working together for six years and have recorded three albums that were highly acclaimed. They have also been nominated for a Grammy award (best jazz vocalist album). Keith Ganz has been a guitarist for Harry Connick Jr., Luciana Souza, Peter Eldridge, Gretchen Parlato. He has performed in many popular American TV shows (Oprah, Letterman, Ellen). Their concerts are full of spontaineity and are brimming with life.
The artists will be introduced by Deputy Chief of Mission Jeffrey Levine."
